'Ready Now' Exec
Accelerating the Development of Directors & Vice Presidents
We understand that your company is looking for a program that can be offered to leaders identified as ‘ready now’ after the succession planning process is complete and development plans are being put into place. The most common approach is to send them to a leadership program that has the same agenda for all participants. As these leadership development programs have a great number of attendees, they are not sufficient to prepare executives for an effective transition at any time.
Allow us to introduce you to our creative and integrated development approach specifically designed for ‘ready now’ executives.
With EXEC360 you no longer have to wait until a position becomes available to ask: Are your executives ready and how can you verify that?
This program puts the finishing touches on your executives so that you can tap them on the shoulder and move them to their next position with confidence.
What Your Executives Can Expect
This highly customized program is tailored to match your executive’s personal skills and development needs as a leader and uses a proven personalized approach to guarantee optimal results. Better yet, each cohort only consists of 4 to 6 executives which means we’re able to provide each participant with the attention and support they require to excel in this program.
They can expect:
Customized development experience specifically tailored to improve his or her leadership ability and capability so that they are ready for that next position.
A safe space to ask questions and obtain answers on how to remove hindrances and roadblocks to achieve their full potential.
To discover derailers that might jeopardize their next opportunity.
Practical takeaways that can be applied instantly when returning to the office.
To learn from the facilitators as well as the other members of the cohort.
86% of business and HR leaders believe they do not have an adequate leadership pipeline
38% see it as an urgent problem
We’re aware that varying companies use slightly different titles for their executives. To help identify candidates within your organization, consider those in current positions who hold titles with any variation of Director or Vice President and were classified as 'ready now' during the succession planning process. If you have someone in mind and you’re wondering whether this person is a fit, contact us today and allow us to help you find the right answers to your questions.
