How secure are you in your leadership capabilities and abilities? If you are feeling anxious about being perfect or getting something done before someone else so that you can be noticed in your organization then you may operating from a place of fear and not very secure. Maybe you just received your performance appraisal and are struggling with the feedback to improve even though you received a meets or exceeds expectations rating.. If you are starting to feel as if you cannot trust others and someone is out to get you because you perform well and deliver, chances are you are less secure about your value.
